This is a translation provided so that the information is intelligible to you (Article 12(1) GDPR). The German version is the binding one.

2. Principles

This website is deliberately built to collect as little as possible. It uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking services, and embeds no third-party content (external fonts, maps or videos, for example). All fonts and images are served from our own server. That is why no consent banner is needed.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany; the server is located in Nuremberg, Germany. Processing therefore takes place exclusively within the European Union.

In order to deliver the pages, the web server processes technically necessary connection data (in particular IP address, time of access, page requested, volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system) only transiently for the duration of the request (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The web server in use (Caddy) is configured so that no persistent access logs are kept; only error logs for fault diagnosis are produced. Your usage is not analysed and not combined with other data.

4. Contact by email or telephone

If you contact me by email or telephone, I process the details you provide (name, contact details, your concern) in order to deal with your enquiry and with a view to entering into a treatment relationship (legal bases: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for health-related information Article 9(2)(h) GDPR in conjunction with § 22 of the German Federal Data Protection Act, BDSG). Please do not send sensitive health data or medical findings by unencrypted email – for an appointment request, your name, telephone number and a keyword for your concern are enough. Enquiry data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply. The practice mailbox is operated by Posteo e. K., Berlin, Germany.

5. Appointment requests

This website currently has no form for appointment requests. Appointments are arranged by telephone or email; section 4 applies.

6. Links to external services

This website embeds no third-party content – in particular no maps, videos, fonts or analytics tools. There is no embedded map; no data is transmitted to map providers when you open this website.

The website contains outgoing links only: to the websites of public authorities and chambers (for example the State Chamber of Physicians and the supervisory authority) and, on the contact page, a link for route planning at Google Maps (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). These links only take effect when you click them. Doing so takes you off this website; the transfer of data – including your IP address – and any further processing are then the sole responsibility of the respective provider and governed by their privacy terms.

7. Your rights

You have the right to obtain access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20), as well as the right to object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (Article 21).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is Die Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und für das Recht auf Akteneinsicht Brandenburg, Stahnsdorfer Damm 77, 14532 Kleinmachnow, www.lda.brandenburg.de.

8. Status

This privacy policy is dated 20 August 2026. If the website gains further functions (online appointment booking, for example), this policy will be updated accordingly.
